Description of the Antenna systems

Tower

Installed in the 1991, self-carrying height 17,5 Mt, completely inspectable, with plan of job to the maximum height and accessibility with duffle-coat system The base of the tower in self-carrying calculation is of 2.5 m3 concrete reinforced with elettrosaldate cages. The distance from the radio station is of 55 mt. (you see transmission cables)

Rotators

Rotator systems are operates in Azimuthal motion and in elevation motion, completely “HomeMade”  with  n.2 “Bonfiglioli” motoriductors
binds together to n.2 electric motors of 0.35 CV power, piloted at the maximum voltage of 145 V, and lately equipped with an electrical INVERTER to optimizing the movement speed on the 2 axes

The system of survey of the position of the antennas is composed by 2 arranges tracking parallels :
SYNCRO motors that repeat the step “electrical worker” of the movement of the system of antennas
Bound together to potenziometer to the tree of reducers, this system allows to have a comparation on the movement of the antennas and a reference in tension for being able to be managed from a system of microprocessor autotracking
